ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is now fully booked – please contact the IPA Summit Support Team on the details below if accommodation is required.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
If you are travelling from interstate for the Member Summit, you will need to book your own flights and airport transfers, as these are not included in your package.
Refer to the Conference Program to ensure you organise your arrival in time for the first session of your selected package.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please select your preferred payment option from one of the four choices below:
Online Credit Card Payment - all payable items will be debited immediately via the secure online credit card portal at the end of your registration process.
Direct Debit - should you select this option, the IPA Finance Team will be in contact in relation to your invoice.
No Payment Required - if you were provided with a registration code for attendance and accommodation, a $0.00 amount payable balance will be indicated on the payment page, please click "Submit" to complete your registration.

Please note that for Direct Debit payments you need to have completed a Direct Debit Authority Form with IPA. If you have not completed a Direct Debit authorisation form, the IPA Finance Team will be in contact with you to complete this form prior to your first instalment.
Prior to submitting your completed registration, you will be given the option to select "Online Credit Card Payment". By clicking this option and filling in your credit card details, your settlement of outstanding payments will be immediate via a secure online credit card portal. Upon clicking "submit" you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt for your payment attached. Please note that credit card surcharges apply for this method of payment.
If you have been provided with a code for accommodation and registration, no payment will be required. Please proceed by clicking "Submit" to complete your registration.

Payment
Please note that an additional guest breakfast cost ($35.00 per day inc GST) will be applicable for any sharers (who are not registered as an Accompanying Guest) and a separate invoice for this will be emailed to you after your registration has been received. Likewise, if you have requested to extend your accommodation, a separate invoice for these additional costs will be emailed to you once availability is confirmed with the hotel.
Credit Card Payment - please click the "online credit card payment option" and complete the required details to securely complete your online payment.
Direct Debit Payment - please click "Submit" and a member of the IPA Finance Team will be in contact with you directly for payment.
If you were provided with codes for attendance and accommodation, no payment is required. Please click "Submit" to complete your registration.
