Children Attending

Children are welcome to attend the evening functions on Tuesday and Wednesday and these tickets must be booked and prepaid at least one month prior to the conference. Please contact the IPA Summit Support Team for pricing. Due to the nature of the Gala Dinner and Awards night on Thursday 16 October, this event is adults only.

Should you require babysitting services, the hotel recommends Coastal Babysitters. It is your responsibility to organise babysitting and you need to book this in advance of your arrival. 

 

 

FLIGHT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Return flights are included in the Special Member Package. Please note that airport transfers are NOT included.

Should you want to extend your stay on the Gold Coast and change your flight dates, please provide specific details in the 'Travel Request' field below. A member of the IPA team will be in contact to discuss your flight options (fees may apply).

Please note that the following cities must depart on Monday 13 October to arrive on the Gold Coast in time for the commencement of the Summit: Adelaide, Cairns, Darwin, Newcastle, Perth and Rockhampton and an additional night's accommodation will be included in your package.

For all other cities who request an earlier flight date other than Tuesday 14 October, if you wish to extend your stay at RACV Royal Pines, this will be subject to availability and payable by the Member. The IPA Member Summit Support Team will contact you via email to discuss costs.  

If you are attending the IPA Golf Invitational Final the weekend prior to the conference, please provide specific details in the 'Travel Request' field below. Your RACV Royal Pines accommodation for the golfing weekend will be communicated to you separately by a member of the IPA team.

Pharmacy Catalyst Owners' Session

Spa Suite - The upgrade to the Spa Suite offers a sprawling split-level lounge and bedroom area. As the room name suggests, the bathroom includes a spa bath. This accommodation rate is inclusive of daily breakfast for one guest.

Family Suite - This 2-bedroom studio is perfect for families with either 2 king beds or 1 king bed in one bedroom and 2 singles beds in the second room. There is a very limited number of these rooms, so bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. This accommodation rate is inclusive of daily breakfast for two guests.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online Credit Card Payment - all payable items will be debited immediately via the secure online credit card portal at the end of your registration process.   

Direct Debit - should you select this option, the IPA Finance Team will be in contact in relation to your invoice. 

No Payment Required - if your amount payable is equal to $0.00, this will be indicated on the payment page. Please click "Submit" to complete your registration.

Please note that any additional items required after completion of your registration must be paid via credit card.

Please note that for Direct Debit payments you need to have completed a Direct Debit Authority Form with IPA.  If you have not completed a Direct Debit authorisation form, the IPA Finance Team will be in contact with you to complete this form prior your payment.

 

Prior to submitting your completed registration, you will be given the option to select "Online Credit Card Payment".  By clicking this option and filling in your credit card details, your settlement of outstanding payments will be immediate via a secure online credit card portal.  Upon clicking "submit" you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt for your payment attached. Please note that credit card surcharges apply for this method of payment.

If you have been provided with a code for accommodation and registration, no payment will be required. Please proceed by clicking "Submit" to complete your registration.

Please note that an additional guest breakfast cost ($40.00 per day inc GST) will be applicable for any sharers (who are not registered as an Accompanying Guest) and a separate invoice for this will be emailed to you after your registration has been received. Likewise, if you have requested to extend your accommodation, a separate invoice for these additional costs will be emailed to you once availability is confirmed with the hotel.  These additional payments must be made via credit card as they will be invoiced after your registration is complete.

Credit Card Payment - please click the "online credit card payment" option and complete the required details to securely complete your online payment. You will receive an invoice for payment with your registration confirmation.

Direct Debit Payment - please click "Submit" and a member of the IPA Finance Team will be in contact with you directly for payment.
