To assist in preparing for the conference and associated events please see below some further information below on dress codes.
Conference Attire –
The dress code for the conference is smart casual. Polo shirts, smart dress shorts, pants, summer dresses (with sleeves), skirts and tops are all excellent choices. Please ensure no singlets, thongs, or boardshorts are worn to the conference sessions.
Saturday 16th July – Belated 40th Birthday Party
Dress Code | Wear your birthday brights!
This event is a resort dinner around the pool where we encourage you to wear bright colourful smart casual attire. Ladies, think casual colourful dresses, pants/skirts and shirts. Men, a bright collared shirt with smart dress shorts or pants are encouraged. As we are dining outside we encourage you to bring an extra layer in case of cooler weather. No thongs, singlets, or boardshorts please.
Sunday 17th July – Casual Group Dinner
Dress Code | Smart Casual
This dinner will be held on the Hayman Island beach. Dress code is smart casual summer evening wear with suitable shoes for sand (flats or wedges) – or if you’d prefer, kick off your shoes and enjoy the sand in your toes! Collared shirts, smart pants or shorts, dresses and smart skirts/tops are excellent choices – think beach club! As we are dining outside we encourage you to bring an extra layer in case of cooler weather. Please note: there will be Mediterranean style seating with cushions. No thongs, singlets, or boardshorts please.
Monday 18th July – Casual Group Dinner

This dinner will be held in Bam Bam restaurant and lawn. Dress code is smart casual summer evening wear – please ensure your footwear is suitable and comfortable to wear on grass (no stilettos!). Collared shirts, dress pants or shorts, dresses, skirts and tops are excellent choices. No thongs, singlets, or boardshorts please.
Tuesday 19th July – Dine Around evening

This dinner will be held across two hotel restaurants. Dress code is smart casual summer evening wear. Button down shirts, dress pants or shorts, dresses, skirts/smart tops are excellent choices. No thongs, singlets, or boardshorts please.
Wednesday 20th July – Awards Dinner
Dress Code | Resort Chic
The Awards Dinner will be held on Hayman Islands’ Beach and we encourage you to kick off your shoes and enjoy the sand between your toes for the last celebratory evening. If you’d prefer to keep your shoes on please ensure they are suitable for the sand. Think Elegant Casual / beach cocktail party, smart casual wear with an elegant upgrade! No ties required. As we are dining outside we encourage you to bring an extra layer in case of cooler weather.
In line with Queensland Health regulations, should you test positive to COVID-19 while you are on Hayman Island you will be required to isolate for seven days. You may be required to stay in your room at Hayman Island for seven days or Queensland Health may re-locate you to an accommodation facility on the mainland.
There will be a cost associated with these scenarios.
In the instance that Queensland Health allow you to stay on Hayman Island, the nightly room rate will be charged including any food and beverages delivered to your room.
Partners and their spouses required to isolate will have this charge sent through to their stores.
Sponsors and their spouses required to isolate will be responsible for covering these costs directly.

Should you wish to cancel after submitting your registration, please contact the Blooms Conference Support Team as soon as possible. Please note, based on your acceptance of attendance (by submitting your registration), should you wish to cancel, there may be necessary fees payable to cover third party supplier charges that we have already committed to.
Before you register online, please ensure you have the following to hand:
· Your details as per your photo ID (and your Spouses / Accompanying Person's details if they are travelling with you) as well as electronic copies to upload to complete the registration process.
· You will also be required to submit your credit card details as they will be used as a guarantee for any hotel incidentals. No charges will be debited from your card without consent.
All Blooms The Chemist employees (BSO and Partners/Store Representatives) will be covered by the Blooms corporate travel insurance policy. This cover is for the full event itself as well as any travel pre or post, provided it is directly before or after the event. This policy extends to the spouses and de facto partners of employees and partners however it does not cover children, additional adult guests (brother, sister, friend etc.).
The coverage does not include Loss of Deposits, Cancellation, Disruption, Curtailment due to COVID, this includes disinclination to travel on the part of any attendee.
If you are bringing children or additional adult guests, it is a requirement as part of the event that they are covered by valid travel insurance and a copy of the policy document must be submitted to the Conference Support Team prior to departure. Travel Insurance should ideally be taken out at the time of booking so that you are covered in the event of cancellation.
