Following submission of your registration you will be emailed a confirmation to confirm receipt of your attendance request. Following receipt of your registration by the Conference Support Team, various elements and items for the event will be booked on your behalf by Blooms The Chemist and their event partners (products or services relating to air carriers, land carriers, event operators, hoteliers and other service providers relating to the event).

Based on your registration and submission of attendance, should you wish to cancel your attendance or make changes you agree that there may be necessary fees payable by you to cover any third-party supplier charges or reduction/ cancellation charges that Blooms The Chemist/ their event partners have already committed to.

I agree I have read the inclusions/ exclusions listed on the event website relating to my attendance category and any changes/ additions may incur charges.

I agree that all changes that incur charges are settled by the relevant due date. Change confirmations or travel tickets will not be provided until all charges are settled and Blooms The Chemist/ their event partners reserve the right to revert/ cancel changes and apply admin change fees to cover any associated costs if failure to meet payment deadlines occurs.

It is a requirement that all attendees are covered by a valid travel insurance and the policy is provided to the Conference Support Team prior to travel. Please note all Blooms The Chemist employees and spouses/ partners are covered by Blooms The Chemist company insurance and therefore this only applies to sponsors, children, siblings or non-spouse/partners of the Blooms The Chemist employee.

I agree for Blooms The Chemist/ their event partners to disclose my information to Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT); In the event that an accident, disaster or emergency is reported to have occurred in a state where I/we will or may be travelling to, I/we authorise you to disclose to the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade details of my/our itinerary (including without limitation, transport and accommodation arrangements) and my/our contact details within Australia.

Eventuate and Blooms The Chemist are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for the purpose of this event registration. We process your protected data to facilitate your event registration for the 2022 Blooms Partner Conference. Your protected data will be shared with other organisations in order to process your registration. These may include airline operators, hotel properties and any other transportation for the event.
