TRAVEL EXTENSIONS
Travel extensions pre and post event will be subject to availability. Please ensure your preferences are addressed within your registration as we need to finalise all arrangements well in advance.
Contact the Blooms Conference Support Team at Eventuate to find out more. You can find our details on the Contact Us Page.
IMPORTANT PRE/POST TRAVEL EXTENSION INFORMATION
Due to COVID-19 regular flight schedules have been
reduced and also with an increasing demand in leisure tourism across the
Whitsundays accommodation is extremely limited. Therefore we have secured an exclusive buyout of Hayman Island for the Blooms event, to ensure sufficient capacity across the group conference dates. We have a limited number of bedrooms available to accommodate extension requests pre/post the main conference dates and although you can of course extend, this will be on a first come, first serve basis where capacities permit.
The leading room rate for extension requests on Hayman Island will start at a special reduced rate for the Blooms Group of $850 per night, subject to availability. If you do not wish to stay at the InterContinental Resort for your extension, you can also explore accommodation options on Hamilton Island or Daydream Island that directly feed into Hamilton Airport. The Blooms Conference Support Team will be in touch to quote accordingly for all extension requests.

Full of bucket-list-ticking landmarks and activities, why not sink your toes into the pure white sand of Whitehaven Beach. Not to be missed is the short walk up to the lookout to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Hill Inlet. It defines nature at its best and provides an amazing sense of relaxation and escape.
Be sure to explore the picturesque hinterland of the Whitsunday Coast from the lush green tropical rainforest of Conway National Park to the swaying cane fields of Prosperpine and the reds and browns of inland Collinsville.
