| On arrival at Hamilton Island you will be met by the Blooms event team and the Hayman Island team. Please collect your luggage from the luggage carousel and make your way to the Hayman Island desk where the team will tag your bag and manage its transfer to Hayman Island. Once your bag has been tagged and left with the Hayman Island team make your way to the jetty for departure on the Hayman Island Luxury launch boat. Aboard the launch you will enjoy light refreshments on the one hour journey to the island. | |

| 4.00pm - 5.00pm | Arrival at Hayman Island via Luxury Launch Boat (Melbourne and Sydney flights) |
| On arrival at Hayman Island you will be met by the Hayman Island team and transferred to Central Lanai/reception where your rooms keys will be available for collection. Should you arrive prior to your room being available the pool and recreation areas will be available for you. You may like to pack your swimwear in your carry on luggage as your checked luggage will be delivered to your room once it is ready. | |
| Please note the Hayman Island Pool will not be available for use this afternoon – the Infinity Pool is open if you wish to swim. | |
